Privacy Policy
We collect as little personal data as possible, never sell it, and keep it only as long as we need it. Here are the details.
01Who we are
The data controller for this website is E-Solution, Vilnius, Lithuania. You can reach us at [email protected] for any privacy question or request.
02What we collect
When you submit our project inquiry form we process:
- your name, e-mail address and, if you provide them, company name and phone number;
- the services, budget, timeline and message you send us;
- a one-way keyed hash of your IP address and your browser user-agent string, used only to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party scripts, fonts or embeds.
03Why and on what legal basis
- Responding to your inquiry and preparing an offer — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Protecting the website against spam and abuse — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Keeping business records where we enter into a contract — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
04How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Inquiries that lead to a contract are kept for as long as accounting and contract law require. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
06How we protect it
Data is transmitted over TLS, stored in an access-controlled database, and accessible only to authorised ESOL staff using individual accounts with strong, hashed passwords and optional two-factor authentication. Access is logged.
07Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. We respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI), L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius — vdai.lrv.lt.
